Sevilleta NWR Summer Potluck!

It is getting busy around here and it is great to see everyone out and about on the refuge.  To celebrate, we are having a potluck July 18th.    

This will be a great chance for all the researchers, students, volunteers and refuge staff to eat, relax, consume mass quantities of delicious food and get a chance to talk with other people working on the refuge. Please join us!

Feel free to bring a dish and we will also be grilling hot dogs/sausages and veggie burgers.  

AND, we will have our 3rd Annual Watermelon Eating Contest!  

Yes, the contest is back!  Challenges have already been made!  It is also rumored that Kathy Granillo and Scott Collins will both be competing for the second year, and you really can't miss that!  

New this year is our participation in the Feds Feeding Families Food Drive, from July 18 - September 4.  Please bring a non-perishable food item to the potluck to be donated to the Roadrunner Food Bank.  For more information, please see the following email.
